What Each Person Does

The OJA branches do not include GOVS. None of the branches have all the power

 

Judicial Branch 

Supreme Court-  made up of the Chief Justice and his 8 assosite justices (appointed until they retire from the OJA) by the president and Senates aprovel.

Role- The nations highest court, may declare laws unconstitutional or invaild.

 

Executive Branch

President- elected for 2 months can be elected twice 4 months in all

Role- ensures that laws are carried out; acts as head of the nation if elected your rank is raised to Begginer General.

May rejact (veto) laxs or legislation.

Legislative Branch

OJA Congress- made up of Senate (5 people elected for 3 months) and The House of Representatives (8 people elected for 1/2 months)

Role- Makes laws, may declare war or practice battles, may impeach (bring charges against)

 

 

 Elections

In the OJA people have the right to vote and have a say in things (You can also vote for a dessicion). Leaders cannot be Prez.1)To run for President you must be on the OJA at least one rank larger than a private. 2)You must choose a vice president . 3) People will vote for the 2 top senators. 4) To run for anything you must comment on this page if you are running 4 prez you must tell me your vice. Same with governor expet it is an Advisor. 1) To run for a governor you must tell me who your advisor will be and what server you will run. 2) You must also be any rank above private to run for governor. 3) People must vote for govenor. 1) To be a Chief Justice you must be active or higher  .1) To run for anything you must be on the OJA and at least one rank higher than a private and marked active or higher on the ranks page.

LAWS

1) A bill cannot be passed unless the Senators and The House of Representatives sign it.  2) Acts of cheating such as bots and cloning is not aloud and anyone doing it will be banned. 3) A president can only be president twice. 4) A president has the write to go in on of our servers and change things he\she sees wrong. 5) A govenor has the right to change things in his\her server. 6)President must and has to take action if the antagonist harms our server*We have all rights to thrust back*  7)In no way shall any soldier commit a mutiny or revolt against leaders or superiors. In no way shall any troop influence another one to join seditious and rebellious activity. Freedom of speech and press is allowed, meaning these things can be said and typed, but no action against leaders is tolerated 8 )No citizen shall presume the act of impersonating, lying in court, or making false accusations.
